Thank you for this simple blueprint. I also have a fitness routine. Is there any tools out there that I can use to measure my networking? For example a dashboard to track your progress.
Thanks for the comment Guillermo! I don't have an app or tool that I like to use. I have tried a few in the past, but what I find is the work to keep all the info updated is more effort than it's worth. A simple spreadsheet with the name of my contact, their email or LI profile, last date we connected and notes on what they are working on is the thing that works for me.
