Thank you Greg, for your tip!

As a salesperson, i use LinkedIn extensively to build relationships.

Here's another tip for your readers :

"Look at their past posts and see if you can figure out when they post (some will even tell you in their posts).

If it’s a time you can be on the platform, show up at that time and find their latest posts to be early into the comments."

LinkedIn makes it possible to be early on the comment by getting notified whenever someone posts - simply click "follow", hit the bell icon and select "All" or "Most Relevant" - voila, you get notified instantaneously when someone posts.

This can be a bit overwhelming though with all the notifications and fire-hose of posts, but it is a fail-safe way to be an early commenter.

So true -- and too funny Elizabeth from GIR Pro just wrote about this same thing on LinkedIn today 🙌

One of the things I love about GIR Pro community, and most of the other communities I'm in, we all have the same struggles, but think we're the only ones until we jump into the community and find out we're all struggling with the same thing.

Spot on, Greg. It's really nice not feeling so alone in the isolated journey of a remote digital solopreneur.

Makes sense. Unfortunately I’m so lazy to comment. I feel like I’m maxed out from commenting on Substack and my other social platforms though. It’s endless.

Set a 10-min timer for each platform per day?

I've done that on other platforms and I guess 10 minutes more wouldn't hurt but I'm already spending over an hour on social media "admin" each day (making content, posting and commenting) and it just fills me with dread.

It can get overwhelming if you are trying to do this everyday on multiple platforms. Could you do it for a few minutes on one platform a day and spread it out over the week?

Good idea, I’ll try it that way.
